recovering lost Entourage lost database

I did a stupid database rebuild and lost all my current email.
Is there any way I can recover from this?
We're on an iMac 10.6.8 OS and email program is Entourage 2004 for Mac.

Problelms w/Entourage mail app

I'm having trouble with our email application 'Entourage' which is part of Microsoft Office.
I cannot delete messages from Inbox without the app freezing.

font size too big

We inadvertently changed the font size, now too big on all applications.
Where do we change it to original size?
We've tried changing size in Preferences-universal, appearance, nothing works....
