Thank you for the honest requests. I respect that you guys know your tech **** and are technologically inclined. In that respect...I am not a "techy" kind of person. I just buy computers/electronics...

I found some 3.5" enclosures/caddy's on...

I found some 3.5" enclosures/caddy's on Craigslist. Will 2.5" HD fit in a 3.5" enclosure...or do I HAVE TO get 2.5"...????

I am probably gonna do the HD swap thing first and see if it will work....

The graphics card just went out on my MBP and I don't want to spend the money to take it to Apple to repair it. I want to just sell it now and get as much as I can for it.

I can not find out which MBP I have.

For example: a1226, a1278, a1286 etc.

I am trying to buy a replacement back case and trying to find out if my MBP can take 6gb memory.

I have an early 2008 Macbook Pro and I use my macbook pro like CRAZY.

TASKS: Video editing, DJing, Music production, web browsing, email, playing music and day-to-day document handling.
