Don't take it apart to clean it though. My house gets very dusty and spraying the dust out with an air compressor is difficult because the ports are small located oddly....

My main problem is that Apple lacks phone support during off peak hours, when you have to admit they're needed most. It seems to me many/most Apple users are home users, I use a windows box at work....
