But sometimes when working with super large images, videos or just massive DB files. Systems with lower RAM have move the files from in and out of disc cache eating up...

BTW, FCPX while isn't over all faster, it is however is much smoother running....

I also prefer to remove the SD card from the camera. Mostly because Canon just started using USB 3.0, so using the supplied cable is slow as can be since its still USB...
