The iMac 24" will be plenty powerful enough for video editing, but if your going to be jammed up with the lack of upgrade ability then go with the Mac Pro.

I second voided3's method. I dampen a paper towel, squeeze it out real well. I wipe down the case and immediately follow along with a dry paper towel. Works like a charm.
