I think you're reading too much into the problem. The monitor works at its max resolution (whatever it is) because I've done it...

It's the LG 22ls4r.

The monitor is fine. I've had it running at 1600x1080 on my desktop pc so I know it can run that resolution.

Thanks for the help.

With these programs can you open files and save to the OSX hard drive. I'm thinking of things that are universally compatible such as music, movies, word docs etc.

When I partionioned and formatted the XP side of the drive I was told if I did it to Fat system I would be able to swap files around. (Using Bootcamp)

The windows hard drive appears on OSX but not...
