Unless you have a specific reason to use bootcamp, I would make the switch to a virtual machine. I use VMWare Fusion. I picked up a copy for $20. You can also get VirtualBox for free.

That machine with 2GB of RAM will run leopard just fine. I have the 2 ghz model with 2 GB. No problems. Should be even better with Snow Leopard if Apple delivers the promised speed improvements.
