Well,
Today is the day of LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE!

Happy Valentines day everyone!

So, what do you think of the day?
A lot of people who are "single" don't like it, at least people near me anyway.

I was asked in a note on facebook what I thought about the "couples day" thing it has become to some by really close friend, and I said:

I don't really see today as a COUPLES day.
Valentines day is an excuse to let people know how COOL they are, and how I would die without them; I don't care if they are SINGLE or NOT,
if they are a MAN or a WOMAN, YOUNG or OLD, if they have impacted me for the better, today is a day to say it.
Actually, every day is a day to say it, but today is the day to say it to some people who if you said it to on any day, they would think you're a creep. LOL.

because really, im not!
I'm not single at all,
because i know, and you know too(i hope), that we are never alone, we have MANY family and friends who love us.

We are never single, never just one.
In fact, we are, as individuals, a little piece of a puzzle.
Each little piece of the puzzle comes together, and creates friendship, wisdom, and love."

I really dislike Valentines day... and this is coming from a man who is happily with his girlfriend

I just think if you want to show your love for someone, especially if its your other half, you can do it ANY day of the year, not just today. Its over commercialized garbage IMO.

But then hey, my opinion is just one among millions.. ill just go back to ranting in ma cupboard
