I go to terminal, type mac-fdisk, it says command not found.
so how to i start mac-fdisk?

you don't use any DOS command in the terminal. you don't need to fdisk either.

If you are trying to do file system check, you need to restart (holding Apple S) to single user terminal. Then I would type /sbin/fsck -fy - Repeat until the files system changed message stops showing

If you are running the journaled file system, that is not necessary.
