Went to the Apple Store today to get my screen flicker fixed for the third time. Basically, I told them it was time for me to get a new computer.

So they gave me one. And an upgrade too.

Had a black macbook 120gb 2.0, now have a black macbook 160gb 2.16.

Not only that, I bought mine refurbished and they gave me a brand new one. With all the additional accessories.

I'm satisfied.

I'd say you got pretty hooked up. All the Apple stores down here in San Diego have been a pain in my butt numerous times.

That's great... I've had mine fixed twice now. I really don't want it to break again, but if it does, I'll probably say what you did and see what happens.

I think I should say that it wasn't so much customer service as much as it was they knew I was going to get really upset since they had already tried to fix it twice.

The guy was really nice though. I told him i had a paper to write this weekend (which I do) and he said he help me out. Plus there was another genius there who had been in there every other time I had gone in , so that it.

O, and one last thing. I had the problem recorded on my camera so they couldnt say I was lying.

But no complaints, my new macbook works great.
