What is everyone up to this long weekend? Usually people do special projects or other interesting stuff on a weekend like this. For example, my wife and I are painting a lot of the upstairs of our house this weekend. Lots of people of course go away for the weekend, but for those of you who are still in town and reading this thread, what are YOU up to this weekend?

My Macs: iMac 27" 3.4 GHz, Mac Pro 3.2 GHz, PowerMac G5 Quad 2.5 GHz, G4 Cube with 1.2 GHz Upgrade
My iStuff: 64GB iPhone 5, 64GB iPad4, 30GB iPod Video, 16GB iPod Touch
My OS': Mac OS X Lion, Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Mac OS X Tiger, Mac OS 9.2.2, openSUSE 10.3
I was on the Mac-Forums honor roll for September 2007

Today I caught up on chores around the house. Tomorrow I'll spend half the day at church (rehearsal and two services). Monday I hope to hit a couple of shops for Labor Day sales!!

My g/f went to KY to visit her friends and family so I am stuck here alone with the cat for the weekend. Tonight included some drunk bowling but that's about the extent of my shenanigans. I guess I will be cleaning my studio and watching movies most of the weekend.

I worked a little bit Friday night. I would have loved to go home and visit the parents but unfortunately I picked up a shift today also in the afternoon. Tomorrow I will probably do some homework and lay around.

Sympathy to those who are working this weekend. Thats a "bummer".

Well, all the trim work painted now, and now working on the walls, the easy stuff. So, we are making progress. I guess we are working too, but it is work we have chosen to do.

iKitten, do you sing or play an instrument at your church? Sounds like a good and productive thing to be doing this weekend either way!

Sing! There's a line in Chariots Of Fire where Eric Liddle says "when I run, I feel His pleasure." That's how it is for me when I sing.

Nothing. Well, re-ripping some of my CDs to to Lossless format and ripping some DVDs, but otherwise, nothing.

Saturday I worked. It was fine, I enjoy my work.

Sunday, today, I've already cooked The Big Meal, and this afternoon I did volunteer work updating a website.

The rest of the weekend I'll finalize a character sheet for Dungeons and Dragons, we may watch the original Star Wars movie as a family (Episode 4), and I'll do grocery shopping.

I'll be off tomorrow, but then I'm always off on Mondays. ^_^ Next weekend I'll actually have a 3 day weekend, Saturday thru Monday.

I tried to get out on the ice for some open hockey this weekend, but there wasn't any times. I'll just be relaxing at home with my family. No homework so I can actually enjoy the weekend!
