history as in going out of business? declaring bankruptcy?

no warnings, no official announcements? Is that legal?

My dad is gonna be a little ticked seeing as how he recently signed a contracted...

$50 for a trade in for a contract

$30 for a prepaid

so i call BB CS and i was told to call BB special wireless division and so i did and this is what happen "btw:my call was outsource to india"

Rep:Thank you calling best buy "XXXXX" may i help you

Me:I have a question if you didnt know but ampd mobile is going out of business and a friend of mines told that BB have a promotional plans that if you trade ampd for a contract you get $50 and if you get a preiad it will be $30 and i want to see if you can confirm

Reps:So you got a extended warranty and you want to renue it

"WTF" so i hang up

what about my right as of now

since ampd disconnect my service and when i call ampd they are closed

i bought this phone on march 3 2007 from circuitcity "yea i know"

but i need help here

You could try to unlock it and use that phone with another carrier..

Best Buy is coming to the rescue

i just got off the phone from bb corp and is "CONFIRM"

eric559: what he said is that ampd mobile is a dying company and basically out of business. Best buy is coming to the rescue to help out ampd mobile customers. for the next 30 days you can trade in your amp mobile phone for a 50 dollar rebate towards a contract phone(contract phone = a monthly verizon bill for example) OR you can get 20% off any prepaid phone purchased at best buy. he just confirmed this while on the phone with best buy

I was on my home "coming from a friend house" and i know there is this BB store "that i really really really hate" because everyone is a I LOVE PRETTY PINK PONIES

and they mock me because of my disablity i have "ADD by age 21 and i'm in my 30th" and is okay but is bad when people get on my nerve

anyway

so i when in there and got the "they dont care about my situwation" so i got a few choice

Verizon
VM
AT&T
Boost
Kajeet
and TMO

so i eliminated "verizon,kajeet,at&t" why they charge a fee but kajeet is resonable because they charge a 0.35 per a call on top of the 0.10 a minutes

and that leave me with "boost,vm,tmo,"

so there my 3 choice
