Some one made an oil cooled computer. They submerged the whole thing in some type of oil and placed it in a refrigerator with all the lines running out the side. It kept the thing extremely cool.

Vegetable Oil is non conductive unlike water, so it's like packing the whole thing in a giant heat sink. You just can't run the fans, but they're not necessary if everything is covered anyways.
