seems very cheap price for the 1tb drive. - typo

my mate ordered 2 ! and seems he was only charge for the price of 2 of the price written down wrong.

i wonder if they;ll change it ! ?

think this must have been a typo, as i just went to look at it, and it says that they are out of stock. and the price is now £199.95

but dont know if your friend will have to pay the difference or not, as it was a mistake on their behalf.

lucky timing, i don't even see Iomega on the Apple store site!

EDIT:

at least not on the US one. found the others on the UK one though, no 1TB.

From a G4 400MHz to an Intel Mac Mini to iMac Core Duo to a Macbook Pro 2.6GHz.............gotta love Apple!

I haven't seen Iomega in the states for some time, but they haven't died out completely.

You're friend is very lucky. Kinda like the doofus who sold his 8GB iPhone on Ebay for $100! But like the Ebay doofus, I doubt Apple will allow the sale to go through. I would give them a lot of grief though and haggle some kind of discount on one.

yh we are in the UK and so he ordered from the UK site.

latest update - no change is price yet and the order has gone through for £40 !
