Skinfold calipers and body fat scales.
Most the time on the body fat scales I come up as an error as my body fat is too low for it to pick up.

Thanks mate.... Have a really high metabolism, and if I don't work out, I shed weight, regardless of how much I eat.
Today has also been my first day as a non smoker, and even though I feel like reaching for a cig every few minutes, another couple of hours or so until bed and the hardest bit is over

If I had photoshop, that would have really helped if only I could take it out of the computer into the world where people actually see me
