Mac Commercial Question...

So I just saw the Mac commercial where the PC had to get surgery because it was upgrading to Vista. The PC guy then tells the Mac guy that if anything happens, he wants him to have all of his peripherals, and then walks off. Then the Mac guy says "Speaking of peripherals..."

I don't get it. Speaking of peripherals what?

Am I retarded, or does anyone else get it?

PC was wearing one of those hospital gowns that is open in the back. You should be able to figure it out the rest.

mac was talking peripheral vision, the sight out of the corner of you eyes. its a play on words.
