I am running Safari v.1.3.2 on my Macintosh. I am a Road Runner customer, but cannot get the Road Runner home page (www.rr.com) to come up. All is get is a blank blue screen. The folks at Road Runner tell me it may be a problem with Flash Player, but they seem to be at a loss as to how to fix it on a Mac. Any suggestions?

Well, as far as I can see, that page has no Flash elements to it so that isn't the issue.
I would recommend that you clear your history, cache, and cookies and then try again.

I used to do tech support for RR.. This was a huuuuuuge issue.. Try clearing your cache/cookies.. Reinstall the Flash plugin if the cache/cookies doesn't work. What browser are you using?

are you using www.rr.com? Try using www.rr.com/flash, that'll take you to the Flash version of the site.. After your cache/cookies are cleared, you should see a map of the USA where you can select your location to sync the page to you so you can check your Webmail and whatnot. Let me know if you need anymore help.
