Sharing Internet Via Fire-Wire

Is there any way to share the internet from a airport capable macbook, through a firewire cable, into another computer sharing the internet? If so what cord do i need to buy?

No, but you should be able to do it with Ethernet Cable. Once you plug both machines together just turn on Internet sharing on the Mac with the wireless.
