Does anyone know what the opportunities for a Certified Mac Technician are or where to look to find those opportunities?

For starters, put a resume with that info in it on Monster.com. Otherwise, search your local paper or ask local Mac dealers.

You might want to check out schools and colleges who use Macs, they will usually need a technician or administrator.
