Hi all,

Just thought that I would let you know about the great service recieved from Apple UK.

At 0730 yesterday morning I ordered a copy of Apple's own Aperture. I recieved an email at 1000 today saying that they have dispatched it and it will be with me on about the 23rd October.

It has just arrived within the last 5 minutes.

I am totally gobsmacked. I was truly expecting to have to wait until after the weekend to get my software.

A HUGE thumbs up to Apple and UPS.

That's fantastic!

I had a similar situation on the delivery of my iMac... Apple said it would arrive in 2 weeks... in arrived in 1!

Under-promising and Over-delivering is a fantastic way to do business!!!
