i was wondering what everybodies favorite mac download site is. i have used macupdate for a long time now but i was wondering if any site is way better then the other.

I've used both and they appear to be pretty much them same.
For me, Macupdate seems to respond faster than versiontracker.

At this point I really like macupdate since it seems to have more programs then versiontracker.. Plus the gentleman that runs it is a pretty nice guy The guy that runs macshareware.net is a great guy also.

lol, the guy who runs MU always comes off to me like a total a**hole.. i mean really, simple questions get the harshest replys. Minor suggestions get personal attacks.

I agree with macshareware.net having a cool owner though, and few people know it but versiontrackers owners are really cool people... for being so large, they have always been really personal with me.
