I was wondering when Vista RC1 would be released to the general public, and if I would be able to get it. I didn't download or sign up for beta 2. Also, what is the difference between the betas and RC1. Is it strictly bug fixes, or new functionality too? Thought some of you guys would know. Happy Labour Day.

I would suggest asking at windows forum for more responses. RC1 will probably not be released to the public would be my guess though
