Well tomorrow, I get my first Mac since I was three in 1995. Does anyone know of any walkthroughs that will show me the whole interface, how to install things etc. I know what the finder and the dock are, but just short cuts like ctrl+click etc.

Thanks.

I'M SO FREAKING EXCITED, TONIGHT IS GOING TO PASS LIKE AN ETERNITY I KNOW THAT.

these are some places that I found through reading forums and whatnot that will help me when I purchase my own Mac:

- Switcher's Guide to OS X
- Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts

what are you getting exactly? congrats!

edit: oh! and the links that technologist left too. they're very helpful and informative. I bookmarked those as well.

okay, well it seems that the link I gave you for the Switcher's Guide to OS X doesn't work at the moment. you can go to the main blog, which is at: http://www.flernk.blogspot.com and scroll towards the middle where the entry starts.
