Sorry if this is has been posted before. How does one burn a bootable CD with Mac OS 10.4?

Open Disk Utility.

Click "New Image".

Make it a bit larger than the OS that you're trying to burn and save it to the Desktop.

Once it's done creating the image, double click it to mount it on the desktop.

Drag the OS folder into that volume that mounted.

Eject the volume.

Open Disk Utility. Click the Image to select it and then click "Burn" at the top.

That will make a bootable disk.

I try to Command+Shift+/ when I can.

No prob. I just made an Ubuntu Live CD, so it was fresh in my mind!

Unfortunately this version won't boot on 15" Powerbooks as I found out later...it works on a PowerMac G5 though.

I try to Command+Shift+/ when I can.
