Can anyone else in the UK not get the WWDC14 live stream?

Mac Specs: Not got one, yet...

I've tried Chrome Beta, Safari, and even Internet Explorer (running under Windows 8.1 Update 1 64-bit); I have QuickTime 7 installed & it still just says "Available shortly. Please check back soon." & shows the "Get QuickTime Free Download" button...

I'm sure I've managed to watch it live on my PC before, is it that Apple have locked-down on it & made sure only Apple devices can get the stream?

For my purposes as an engineering undergraduate; Windows is respectable (& generally necessary), Linux is admirable (& often useful), OS X is enjoyable (& requires no further justification, although plenty could be given)!

Looks like the stream only worked on Safari. I tried Chrome and only got the "Available shortly" message. The stream was flawless on Safari and was great to watch the keynote this way rather than the live blogs..
