    downloading tiger
    if i were to be considering downloading os x 4 tiger from the internet rather than forking out for it are there any problems i should consider? someone once told me it could leave my powerbook totally useless...

    where would the safest place to download these programmes be?

    Sorry, Downloading Mac OSX Anything from the net is Piracy, and not allowed on Mac Forums. Buy a copy. $129 for an OS of that caliber is not a lot.

    my god it winds me up soo much when people ask where to pirate software from.

    just do a quick comparison which is cheaper OSX or windows xp pro!!!

    just go and buy it then you have the support that goes with it
