someone posted a picture on here recently

but I can not find the thread, it was a picture with a green background and small birds flying around a scroll type image I think it was wording of some sort but I couldnt make it out can anyone recall this,

Same here but I think restrictions have been put in place cuz I have no problems anywhere else
