Hello there, I would be grateful if anyone can help me out.

I've been getting a bit grumpy recently as I approach the big Five 0 and need to get back in shape both physically and mentally. I normally cycle but sometimes this is out of bounds due to work and weather.

Golf is the only thing that is keeping me ticking over these days but I've developed lots of aches and pains and would like something to ease both body and mind.

Yoga interests me because of the all round well-being benefits.

Does anyone know of a good source of downloadable iTunes compatible yoga specific DVD's that I will be able to stream to my TV via ATV2 ?

I've drawn a blank on iTunes so far ( I think Apple is missing a trick there BTW).

Thanks once again.

I just discovered a serious amount of podcasts on the subject in iTunes which I'll have a look at.

Hmm nothing good there...I think I'll just go for a beer.

I guess my sense of humour is a bit too Python.
