Well i've heard they're putting these in the new mac quad cores and i was just wondering if anyone knows the price for the NVIDIA’s Quadro FX 4500.

Keep in mind that a regular off-the-shelf graphics card usually won't work in a Mac without Mac firmware.

(It's about time Apple started offering a real workstation card, for the animators and scientists who need them. I'm not one, but I can drool.

You can get them in the Quad, but they are $$$$$$ for the benchmarks, the Quadro really isn't alot higher than the 7800 for the gigantic price difference.
And If you want a 7800 or Quadro installed in your mac right now the wait goes from like one or two weeks to one or two months.
