Does OS 9 / 8 have target disk mode? Just wanted to know because someones selling an old imac g3 with firewire but not os 10.

Mac Specs: Aluminium Macbook 2.4 Ghz 4GB RAM, SSD 24" Samsung Display, iPhone 4, iPad 2

Target disk mode is OS independent AFAIK.
But not all macs can do it...
Do you which iMac it was exactly?

okay, i called him and it turns out it has os 10.2 and firewire ports.

he said this is what would come with it:
iMac G3 400 MHz
128 MB Ram
10 GB Hard drive
2x USB 1.1 Ports
2x Firewire ports
Network Port
56K Modem Port
Keyboard and Generic Mouse
Power Cord
Back up Copies of OS 9.2 CD , OS X 10.2 CD's 1 and 2
