I would like to get a job at the apple store in my area because i have great interest in apple and think it would be a great thing for me to work at apple. I am currently 16 right now and was wondering if I would be able to get a job in the Summer when I am out of school. I have read that you have to be at to get a Job there, is this true. I have every current apple device and would really like to share my knowledge about them and help people with theirs as well. Thanks for the help.

Check out the color shirt they are all wearing that week, and get one the same color. Wear it in the store and start helping people. They will notice, and remember the crazy kid who loved Apple so much they would hang out and work for free. OR they might throw you out! But they will remember that too. Either way you get noticed. :-) good luck.

Prerequisite is that you must be at least 18 years old. Hang in there!

Have a look here (3threads) from others that have a job with Apple or wanting to get one.

“I have absolutely no pleasure in the stimulants in which I sometimes so madly indulge. It has not been in the pursuit of pleasure that I have periled life and reputation and reason. It has been the desperate attempt to escape from torturing memories, from a sense of insupportable loneliness and a dread of some strange impending doom ….”― Edgar Allan Poe

They don't hire under 18 years old, but you can go in for an internship. They do internships for high school and college students. From my experience, externships get you farther ahead in a career than simply working for someone(there are exceptions to everything).
