mac OS 9.2 file recovery

im new to macs - & I have accidently deleted a video clip which was in my trashfolder. I emptied it & didnt realise I still needed the file. Is there a freeware program that can recover this file. I have searched the net but theres very little info for the mac on this it seems many thanks |
