Is it just me or is web-based flash movies slow at certain times?

I've knowing pretty much flash in general to be slow on macs, so it wouldn't surprise me that it's really slow with video flash. You might see the slowdown in fast moving parts of the video perhaps. But do make sure you upgrade to the latest version of the Flash plugin ver. 8, I believe. It's a good improvement from the previous versions.

yea ive found it to be slow in all browsers so i guess its just a mac thing
