Purchased an iTunes Music Card, code didnt' work. I e-mailed them and they had me fax them the receipt and the card. It been a week now, no response. I dont' think I'll ever get one of those again. Good thing it was only a $15 card.

That's not right that that happened. Even though Apple doesn't have a phone number for the iTunes Music Store, you should still attempt to call them with one of their 1-800 numbers. They might be able to direct you to someone, who may be able to help you.

Or perhaps go back to the store, where you bought it from and see what they say. They'll probably tell you to go to Apple, but it might be worth a try.

Here's this, just incase:

The letter B and the number 8
The letter G and the number 6
The letter V and the letter U
The letter Q and the letter O
The letter Q and the number 0
The letter Z and the number 2
The letter S and the number 5
The letter P and the letter F

From the back of the card....
For customer service, please choose Music Store Customer Service from the Help menu in iTunes. If you have problems using this card, please call 800-486-8380.

I'll call them if I don't hear back from them by Monday, I figured faxing them the information they asked for would be enough to get it fixed

I finally heard back from them, I guess this P was supposed to be an F, I thought I tried every possible combination of their commonly confused letters. I wish I had a scanner, it is so clearly a P.
