Any idea of what would be a good starting course? What would be good to learn about first?

Thanks!

You could write to apple and apply for an internship, or see if they'll hook you up with their online resources.

They have a special sales training program (ASTO) for all their retailers, maybe there's an equivalent for technicians.

Or go to your closest retailer with a service department (apple certified techs) and see if you can do an internship there for a week or 2...

as an apple sales team you can do your testing anywhere...you can purchase the apple training dvd off the web for about 300$, then you can go to many places in your area to write your test....there about about 4-5 test and they usually cost about 300$ canadian each
