Does any one know if a device like this exists? Or even a cable with firewire on one end and USB on the other?
I'm basically trying to run a firewire audio interface into a computer without firewire. I'm almost possitive that such a device does not exist, but just wanted a bit of confirmation.. I've been scouring google but can't find any solid info. Thanks all! |

Here's a thread that I started...and learned a lot from. I think that it relates to your situation:
USB to Firewire Adapter ...the short answer to your question seems to be "no"...sorry. ![]() - Nick - Computer slow, too many "beachballs", read this: Beachballs - Computer seems slower than it used to?
