Problem Printing in Indesign files

When printing files for Indesign some type disappears. Also boxes with screens don't always print the screen values correctly. Anyone else have a problem with this? Any ideas how to fix?

I have had no such problems, the only reason type would disappear might be if the font is missing, though indesign should substitute using courier, what os are you on, and what version of indesign? boxes with screens? there are screen angles, or are you talking about sketch backgrounds? maybe you mean transparencies?
