Flash Player/ Gala Problems

I Think im having some flash player problems

everytime i open the pop out window for galabingo.co.uk

all i get is the blue arrow consistantley spinning round and round and on a radio i choose to listen to it through flash player and nothing happens i dont know what todo going out my mind what av i goto do to listen to a bit of radio and play some bingo? lol

anyhelp would be appreciated

sorted the gala one just reinstalled flash but the radio one is still naff'd
