The PC Weenies celebrate its 500th 'toon' October 10, 2003 - 08:56 EDT* Our friends at PC Weenies let us know that they are celebrating the 500th cartoon installment to the site. The PC Weenies cartoon was first published on the Web on October 21, 1998. Since then the cartoon has appeared on News.com, and is now officially published in print by EE Times. The PC Weenies is a twice-weekly technology cartoon focusing on the computing misadventures of the Weiner family, and it is created using 100% Macintosh technology. 'Panther' cartoon debuts on PC Weenies October 22, 2003 - 07:48 EDT Our friends at PC Weenies are eagerly anticipating Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) -- like the rest of us -- and to commemorate the "Night of the Panther" event, they have posted a special cartoon on their Web site.
