The Power Lifters Society is a place where you can ask any questions regarding lifting, nutrition and supplements and Graphite or myself should be able to help. Also, feel free to share information about your workout, for I will be doing that quite often.

I guess start with some stats:

Bench = 2x225

and since I havent tested any other max for a while, that is all.

I don't bench much anymore, last time I tried I was at 185x10, it was higher about a year ago, but I got injured.

I think just laying out stats on how much weight is not useful, you must also list your own weight. Someone who lifts 225 and weights 200lbs or 225lbs is not the same as someone who weights 150 and lifts 225.

I know addikt is around 160-180s now so 225x2 is quite impressive, not quite weight and a half but still big numbers.

Welp ive posted my stats plenty of times.. but..
Weight: 165 (i fluctuate from about 165-185 every few weeks)
Bench: 250x1 (when I drink the next day is massivly lowered (like 225x2 is hard))
Squat: 225x8 (I wont do any higher than that till I can easily do 225x10, no point in hurting myself on something that i dont care about)

I would continue but my gf says that i talk about weight lifting too much and she thinks ive nerded it up enough typing it out on a macintosh forum.

just a few more threads hun and ill be to bed!

I don't have any stats to brag about. I'm pretty skinny to start with. But I'd like to think that I got strength to pull somethings off. Argh... *crushing juice box against forehead*

Im a body builder more than I am a power lifter. So I add and drop weight to build muscle. If I eat normally I increase at a steady weight, so every few days I eat a massive amount weight quickly and everytime I reach a peak weight my base weight increases... ah its hard to explain quickly. but trust me I know what im doing, If addikt is following the workout I told him, then he is just another successful user of it

I will be selling it soon

When I was in my prime I would bench 205x8 and squat 275x8. Now the only excercise I get is curls. You know, lifting a cocktail from waist level to my mouth.
I need to get back on track!

Edit: oh yah, that was at 185lbs. I've lost a bit, now I'm a thin 158lbs.

205x8?! who does that? i can do 205x15+ easy, but its not a stat worth posting, youve gota keep the reps like lower... 205x2 makes more sense than 205x8. if you can do 205x8 you should beable to do 225x1 atleast .,

I suggest you lift earlier in the day, and then come back later in the day, bench 135x3 times, then do 205x1 then try 230x1 or 235x1
