Yup. (My girlfriend hates me for it )

But I'd definitely keep your Apple boxes. Apart from looking nice, you'll also get a slightly better resale price if you have the original box.

Depends on the device

Have the apple boxes and AV gear boxes (handy when moving).

I keep original packaging for the length of the item's warranty period... just in case I need it to repack the item if I were to have to send it in for an in-warranty repair.

After that I chuck it.

I save every box that I can find. My garage is full of boxes. Never know when you will need them. >_<"

I was talking about this with my boss after he bought his new iMac and we both stated that we're big box savers and the women in our lives hate it. Basically, we figured out that it seems to be a guy thing (obviously, exceptions do apply).

Most of them I keep, there will be a few that I will throw out. It is a great way to keep all the components together for that device such as insturctions and what not. I dont have the box for my macbook, and i have a lot of paper work for my computer, which now i wish i had the box to keep everything organized for the macbook lol.

I normally keep them in case I want to sell the item on eBay or something. Things that come in the original packaging sell for higher prices.

Cheaper items' boxes go in the trash though.

I got bored last time I cleaned out my garage so I ended up making a box monster, which my cat shortly destroyed.

I just got in the habit of keeping all my boxes. However when my wife cleans up, she attempts to throw them away and I have to go retrieve them.

Please give me more APPLES!
