Download Connect360.. Pay the $20 for it, it's worth it.

You can stream movies, music, and pictures directly from your Mac to your Xbox. Just connect both devices to a router using wires or wireless.

I have the free version. So you can see much more video then the free option

Yeah, if I remember correctly, the trial/free version limits you to 100 of each type of media.. Buying it let's you stream as much as you want. Like I said, pay the $20, it's totally worth it. I did and I can't complain.
