Played with a Dual 2.5GHz G5

Today was the first time I got my hands on the Dual 2.5GHz G5 at CompUSA, and ****, it's the fastest piece of machinery I've ever played with. I ran over a dozen programs with duplicates of each, and there was absolutely no lag in the Dock, internet, mouse, typing, or whatever! It was awesome! Although, I'm still getting a PowerBook G4 1.67GHz with 1GB of RAM to start with, but this is making me thinking rather I should get this instead. I mean, I'll be spending roughly the same amount of money. Hmm, I do need the portabilty and power, so, I may as well stick with the PowerBook and get a PowerMac in the future. Yep! It truly is the fastest computer in the world!

The performance of a similar Mac with some dudes audio mixer was nothing short of astonishing last weekend
