Swimming in World of Warcraft

I'm on a Powerbook G4 maxed out. The game runs great. However, when I am not at my desk with my external keyboard, I'm screwed.

Any ideas on how to swim (page up and down on a full keyboard) or run-lock (numlock on a full keyboard) with the keyboard on the Powerbooks?

Thanks for any info...

QUOTE Thanks
