Programming

Hi,

I'm a Master Student and I have good experience in C in Linux and in Mainframe applications. I would like to learn to create GUI applications as it is required for my project, in Mac of course as I only have a Macbook Pro. I did download some materials from the net but most are absolute crap. Can anyone suggest me some materials or links where I can learn to program in Mac from the scratch?

thanks in Advance

"Mac" isn't really a programming language. The native development tools are in a language called Objective C. Each Mac comes with XCode Tools, which is the development environment. There are excellent resources available for XCode both online and in the Developer directory which is placed at the root of your Macintosh HD partition upon installing XCode.
