    Hi everyone,

    A few days ago my Apple BT aluminum keyboard started having a problem with the caps lock button. No matter what I did the thing wouldn't work - no light, no key registration nothing. Every other button worked fine though?

    So, I called apple care yesterday spoke to someone in about 10 seconds - gave my Mac serial no, walk through a few things and he was happy the keyboard was bust and said a new one will be on its way.

    Received the replacement today, basically less than one day turnaround! Two thumbs up to apple for that. Should have a Mac Pro in Spring and it will definitely be purchased from the apple store - service is superb.

    That is great... I have only ever had to use Apple service once and it was a fantastic experience for me too...
