Post your songs that make you groove, or just move!!

I'll start:

"Get Up and Jump" - RHCP

"Jowls" - Buckethead

Try to at least post two songs, and don't post a huge long list. Keep it simple!

Man, I listen to certain bands when I want to dance. Almost all of their songs do the trick.

Lupe Fiasco
The Field
Crystal Castles
The Go! Team
Kanye West
Madvillain
M.I.A.
MGMT

Of course, there are many more.

groove. to me, that's different than a song that makes me rock, or feel "bad-a" it's got to have a rhythm and blues feel to it, slow or fast, and you can't help swaying your head (not nodding) and wanting to move.

a few that i get my groove on to:

jurassic 5 . a day at the races
a little on the hard side for a real groove, but the way this song moves is epic.

outkast . hey yaa
kind of a gimme, but this is one of the best r&b pop songs ever and could make karl rove want to shake it like a polaroid.

curtis mayfield . superfly
a classic, so groovy it'll make you want to smack your mama.

gus gus . gun
heavy and really groovy.
