All my macs are from craigslist! I started off with an iBook g3 for $75 which I then sold for $185 and then bought an iBook g4 for $220 and just tonight bought a MacBook with a wiped hard drive for $200!!!! I bought another iBook g3 with screen problem a PowerBook g4 that won't turn on and some apple software (iLife quark 6 and some os 9 stuff) for $150. (have since sold most of the for a $300 profit!!) I also bought a 32gb iPod touch for $200 which I am posting from now! So yeah I buy and sell a ton on craigslist!!! (LOL sorry for the long post! Just had to tell someone!)

Depends.... if I want to save money.. I use my corp discount. Best Buy has been having this zero interest for 18 months, minimum payments, so it has been a toss up.. basically pay it off in 18 months.. or save myself a few hundred dollars.

My first mac, a beige G3, was ordered from Apple via telephone. My second mac, the aluminum G5 PPC, was ordered from Apple via the net. And my third mac, the new Macbook, was bought at an Apple store.

I miss my beige G3

Cheers,
lemondime
