I have just saw my box of my dreamcast and noticed that i said compatible with windows CE? what is windows CE and how is it compatible???

also can you still go online with the ol' dog

It's and OS by microsoft, of course, that run on pocket PC. Like the little touch screen ones that have a 7 inch screen. Just like a souped up organizer. I beleive it also runs on palm piolets.
