When you go out and about, Do you always take a bag with you or only sometimes (E.g if you go into town for the day or to a friends house)?

What sort of stuff do you take with you, do you bother taking your laptop all the time?

What type of bag do you use?

I usually carry around a victorinox messenger bag when I'm on campus, but not any other time.

I had a slipcase for my MB that I'd carry it around in, but it's too bulky.

I ordered a different case from Techhound1 that I can't wait to get.

MacBook 2.0 GHz Core 2 Duo - 4 GB RAM - 320 GB HDD - OS X 10.6
80 GB iPod Classic - "fredPod II"
8 GB iPhone 3GS - "fredPhone"

I have a couple messenger bags I made. I only use them for class though, I usually don't carry it or my laptop around anywhere unless I specifically need it.

I just carry my iPhone in my pocket. It serves as:
my cellphone
my portable computer
my internet access
my notepad
my casual gaming machine
my checkbook register
my phone list
... ad infinitum...

Where do I take baggss? I'm sure not very far without a fight

I usually only use my bag for trips or meetings (which never happen)
